Weight Loss Journey: Started on 07/31/2018

Day 1: 

Started drinking whey protein powder with smoothie, didnt like the rich chocolate flavor but I am going to drink it after workout anyhow. I did 1/2 hour of treadmill and 15 mins of strength training. I might need to increase the time I spend in exercising to lose weight. Started exercising after 6:15 AM. 

Glass of Warm water.

Breakfast: 
Cucumber, Blueberries, whey powder smoothie.
bullet coffee

Lunch:  Roti, Tomato curry and Egg pulusu

Snack: Fruit

Dinner: Roti, Tomato Curry and Pulusu

Day 3 :

Gym training for 1/2 hour and strength training of arms.
 Breakfast : 
Drank whey protein with blueberries and cucumber smoothie.
Bullet coffee

Lunch : Chicken with Spinach and yogurt

Snack: fruit and bullet coffee

Dinner: oatmeal and berries
